Rules of use of the botxnext.io website: access, authorized use, intellectual property of content, publisher liability and external links.
These General Terms of Use (« ToU ») govern access to and use of the botxnext.io website published by BotXNext Sàrl. Any consultation of the site implies tacit acceptance of these ToU. Otherwise, the user is invited to leave the site.
The site is accessible free of charge, 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance, updates, breakdown or force majeure. BotXNext Sàrl cannot be held liable for any unavailability, slowdown or display error. Access costs (equipment, subscription, telecommunications) are the sole responsibility of the user.
All elements of the site (text, images, icons, mockups, HTML/CSS/JS source code, design system, « BotXNext » trademark, logo) are protected by Swiss copyright law (LDA) and international conventions. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned by articles 67 ff LDA.
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with its purpose: consultation of information on the services offered, contact via the indicated coordinates. Any attempt at unauthorized access, mass scraping, denial-of-service attack, code injection, exploitation of vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited and will be subject to criminal prosecution (art. 143-147 of the Swiss Criminal Code).
The site may contain links to third-party sites (commercial register, technical partners such as Fusengine, documentary sources). BotXNext Sàrl exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, availability, data collection practices or the consequences of their use.
Any hypertext link pointing to a page of the site is free, provided that it does not create confusion as to the origin of the content, does not harm the image or interests of BotXNext Sàrl, and does not appear in a frame without prior authorization.
The processing of personal data possibly collected via the site (contact form, technical logs) is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer. Use of the site implies acknowledgment of this policy.
BotXNext Sàrl operates Omniplix, an AI-assisted conversational messaging service connected to third-party channels, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). When using Omniplix, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and consents for the phone numbers and contacts it connects, and undertakes to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and applicable laws, in particular regarding unsolicited messages and data protection. BotXNext Sàrl may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms or of Meta's policies. The service is provided 'as is'; messaging availability and delivery also depend on third-party providers (Meta) over which BotXNext Sàrl has no control.
BotXNext Sàrl reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time, without prior notice. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of consultation. It is the user's responsibility to consult this page regularly.
These ToU are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, subject to appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
